To Drink
1 teaspoon of herbal infusion per cup of water.
Using the organic bags provided;
Add your chosen herbal infusion to the bag.
Steep in hot (not boiling) water for 10 minutes.
Using the Cornish honey and dipper provided, Add to drink, sweeten to preferred taste.
Drink up to 3 cups per day.
To Bathe
Using the organic bags provided;
Add your chosen herbal infusion to the bag.
Add the bag to your bath.
